Key slots double as QD sling mount positions I have purchased KeyMod Rail sections that had zinc/aluminum alloy nuts and they developed cracks and then broke in two after like three uses.QD sling mount positions at 3 and 9 o'clock.I understand the logic of M-LOK being an enhancement but will reserve that for future builds. On two of my Keymod rigs, I’ve actually gone to the trouble of a Keymod attach picatinny rail section to mount an accessory. Get a short section of picatinny rail and get the Atlas bipod with American Defense or Larue QD mount (both options available, same ). I’ve got some Picatinny and quite a few Keymod equipped guards.
